RETURN POLICY
1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1.1 We accept returns of full-price products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
1.2 Sale items and discounted items are excluded from exchange and cannot be returned.
1.3 Bespoke and custom-made leotards, including club orders, are excluded from exchange and return.
1.4 Returns due to size issues will be accepted, but exchange is subject to availability.
2. RETURN PROCESS
2.1 To initiate a return, please send an email with your order number and the reason for the return to info@eleviagym.com within 14 days of placing your order.
2.2 The customer is responsible for the cost of the return, unless the item is faulty.

Please include a note with your order number and indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
2.4 Upon receipt, returns will be processed within 7 working days and refunds will be made via the original payment method.
3. DEFECTIVE ITEMS
3.1 If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect.
3.2 We will assess the problem and offer a solution, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
4. QUALITY ISSUES WITH CLUB OR TEAM ORDERS
4.1 If a quality issue is confirmed with a club or team order, we will remanufacture the affected leotards at no additional cost.
4.2 No refunds will be given for club orders, even in the event of quality issues.
5. INCORRECT ORDERS
5.1 If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can arrange a replacement for you.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
6.1 The original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error or inaccuracy on our part.
6.2 We recommend using a traceable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

European Union – 14-day cancellation period
Notwithstanding this, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with labels attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
